I use the latest technology available in real estate to give me somewhat of advantage over some in the industry, by providing me with more information in quicker time frame. I have complete many successful short sales, and worked with banks to get first and second mortgages to work together to get an underwater seller out of this situation.  I never charge any upfront fees, and the banks to pay the realtor on the short sale, so the seller normally does not occur an extra expense.  I have also worked with many banks representing the foreclosure assets, and moving these properties quickly.  I am a member of Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Atlanta Commercial Realtor Board, and also Active Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.
